Fight not for what you believe in,
But in the name of injustice.
Martyr yourself for reasons unknown,
Because, when I think "You," I feel CORRUPTION.

I don't seem to know exactly who you are,
Thinking in circles around my broken soul.
Have you beliefs?
They'll be crushed like our childhood dreams.

Give me a reason; a reason to be.
Do I need a license to own a mind of my own?

It's like a suicide without the self-inflictedness.
Benumbed by the hatred of all that you've shown me,
I stand and watch my everything fall to pieces.

Give me more than empty reasons.
I can't live off of your untold truths.
If they exist, then let them be.
But I was always told I was foolish anyway....

Give me a reason; a reason to be.
Do I need a license to own a life of my own?
I must be missing something, or is this the end of my road?

When I scream STOP, I mean it.
When I scream HELP, I need it.
