#1  Twenty-Piece-Diamond (Interactive) OOC: I got bored, so here's my new attempt at a story ******* The corroding day is turning into twilight, the sky turns orange, and my work for the day was done. I turn to my father, and asked, "Father? What is the meaning of the empire? They do not seem that they want to hurt us... but, why is the law so strict?" He turned away, probably crying, for he knew, that I had no future, but his reply came, with a steady voice, "I do not know, but even for the damned empire, it seems too cruel... that you... and your other brother and sister... must suffer slowly, and work until you are nothing but bone..." he stopped suddenly, and with a gasp, as in tears. I could say nothing, as I was petrified by fear of the empire, fear that was too much of a horror for a fourteen-year-old to stand. Maybe I should start from the beginning, that I should explain a little. My name is... ******* OOC: Give me an answer, and I'll get back to you after two days, and if noone votes, I'll just make up a name and move on. |
