The twisting nether of doubts
flooding our minds.
Leaving behind reality
Shaking us to the bone.
Stop, take a breath.

Confusion comes up from the depths.
The constant worrying arises
to join the battle
Fretting and fighting to the top.
Stop, let it go.

Everything wrong is there
Fears piling higher
reaching the blue, blue sky
Wonders are called upon
Stop, take a breath.

A swift embrace
Comforting from the pain
Hearts start racing
While emotions start to flare
Stop, let it go.

Bursts of passion
Entering the party
A confusion of lust
Leading to a thought of love
Stop, take a breath

Trust of another fills their souls
live soon forgotten
for the ones they "love"
better than all others
Stop, let it go.

A sudden spark of doubt
reaches the body
Taking that sacred trust
and breaking it in two
Stop, take a breath.

Words are shouted
Reasons are given
Alas the bond is broken
Never to be mended again.
Stop, let it go

Worrying and doubt arises once more
intensified tenfold
left alone in a gray world
fear comes again.
Stop, take a breath.

Stop, Don't let it go to your head.
Stop don't let it take hold.
Stop, take a deep breath.
Stop, calm down.

Let life take control
and let go of your fears.
Take a positive stand
and forget the worst
Start your life.

Until I actually asked her what it was about, I had no Idea.

Overall, I don't really like poetry that much, this one however is better then others I have read.

However, I would like to note the Repition of Stop near the end was good, same goes for the alternating Breath and Go at the end of each Stanza.

I like it an awful lot. I was about dead on poetry after all the sonnets I had to read last semester, but this one managed to spark interest. Keep at it.
