If this story is becoming a burden on everyone involved then you should probably either quit, or push it off to the side. Writing is a hobby for y'all, it shouldn't be unenjoyable, and it shouldn't get in the way of your lives.

'I've been looking all over for you!' said the woman. She seemed very energetic - she had just run in there at full speed and seemed to be not tired at all. She seemed to be about 18. Her hair was dark and quite short. She was wearing a bandana, clothes that seemed to have some elements of armour sewn into them and sneakers that reached right up to her knees. She was carrying a big shuriken on her right shoulder. She turned her head towards Clara, Zell ands Vivi. 'Say, Red, who're your friends?'
'I don't know, Yuffie...' said the animal whose name seemed to be Red. Clara and the boys were still too stunned by the fact that it talked to say anything. 'They were following me...'
The girl called Yuffie approached Clara, gazing straight into her eyes and said 'What bussiness do you have with our Red XIII?'
'I... um, we...' said Clara, trying to avert the girl's gaze. It was quite intimidating - the girl seemed to be able to see through her body.
'We didn't know that was your friend...' Clara swallowed. She threw a glance at Zell who was staring athe ground 'We were chasing a red-haired guy that was fighting Heatrl-' Vivi covered her mouth with his hand and gave a small giggle.
'Don't mind h-'
'Did you say "Heartless"!?' shouted the girl, making the party jump. 'You're fighting the Heartless as well?'
'As well?' said Zell, looking up.
'You mean...' said Clara pulling Vivi's hand away from her mouth 'You know these creatures?'
'Yuh-huh!' answered Yuffie. 'They're quite the pests!'
Just when she had finished her sentence, a swarm of Heartless started to sprout from the ground. Most of them were normal Shadows, but there were also to big ones that resembled houses with yellow eyes instead of windows. Clara smiled and drew her Keyblade. Yuffie gazed at the Keyblade, her mouth wide open and then turned to Clara:
'A Keyblade!? No - way! You're the next Keyblade master?'

What shall they do after they beat the Heartless?
a) Go to Tifa's bar?
b) Try to investigate the source of the Heartless invasion in Midgar?
c) Try to find out more about the Turks?

Anyway, I'm working on an Organization X group picture. Guess I'll submit it in a month or so...

I just made a group pic with chibis(due to my inability to draw males -_o).It was fun.However,I can't post it,due to my computers stupidness.
