#1  A Guardian's Sarcifice Just the ending of X through Yuna's point of view. I wrote this a long time ago, Well enjoy.................  A guardian’s sacrifice By: FinalFantasyXMaster Yuna’s POV I twirl around holding my staff. Slowly I look up at the starry sky, “this must be the hardest part of any summoners life,” I think to myself. I look around as I dance, my aeons who have all fought with me till the end slowly disappear, and I look at you only to see you start to fade away. You look at me gazing adoringly into my eyes, then break the silence by saying the words that would break my heart “ Yuna, I have to go.” “No” I whisper shaking my head. You look down at the floor hiding your tears, “I’m sorry I couldn’t show you Zanarkand.” I shake my head again; looking up at you I gaze into your eyes one last time as you start to walk away from me saying “goodbye.” You start to run to the end of the airship, I hear Rikku shout out “we’ll see you again”. I turn around watching you depart, more tears fall down my face as I watch you leave, wishing you didn’t have to go. I can’t take it anymore, without thinking I run to you, wanting you to hold me in your arms one last time. But as I reach you, instead of you catching me in your arms I pass through you falling to the floor.I hear you cry behind me as you start fade even more, as I lay there the pyreflies start to dance around us. I slowly stand up to tell you the words; I’ve been longing to tell you, ever since we first met in Besaid. “ I love you,” I say unable to move I stand there starting to cry even more, you come behind me and put your fading arms around my chest holding me one last time in a tender embrace. I close my eyes as you pass through me walking away you fade into the air, leaving me behind to live in a world without you. I stand at the harbor in Luca, whistling remembering the promise we made that if we ever got separated that I’d whistle and you’d come running, no matter how long it takes I won’t give up, I want you back more than anything. Lulu comes behind to tell me“ its time. I leave following her to the stadium where I make my speech to the people of Spira. I start out by saying “ Everyone, everyone has lost something precious. Everyone here has lost homes, dreams and friends, everybody now; Sin is finally dead now Spira is ours again. Working together now we can make new homes for ourselves and new dreams. Although I know the journey will be hard we have lots of time. Together we will rebuild Spira. The road is ahead of us so lets start out today.” After I finish I look up at the crowd and say “ Just one more thing, the people and the friends that we have lost, or the dreams that have faded”. I then remember all our times together through out our journey the good and the bad, then my mind stops remembering our moment in Maclania Lake when we shared our first kiss. It’s just not fair that you spent so much time trying to save me from death that you ended up losing your own life. “Never forget them,” I mutter as I collapse to the floor breaking down in tears wishing you were here to comfort me.
