just some random feeling i had to write down...

I sit detached separate
combing the sands of our dance
I come to this pain, this
yearning, closing dreaming of the new

a once remembered dalliance
again I sit and sigh and laugh and die
up and through our lie we flew
with some semblance of faith I walked away

and now looking back to the wall
it stands with sheer face of nothing
falling off, tumbling back into fanatacism
i writhe again, no longer aloof

into you, this mask of devotion i seek
and it is gained through no work no will no walk
it is gained

Marick would probably say that there are too many abstractions in this poem and I'd be inclined to agree.

HAHAHA! If anything fits the idea of instability, it's abstraction!

I like the abstraction, I think it's a strong sentiment towards the truth which is never really spoken, only illuded to and this in part assists in the creation of the dilema.
