| chaos: Well, you cannot actually create a new nation. At the beginning of the creation of Eizon they gave out spaces for who wants to own what area, etc. etc. Rubedo: Although, you might have a chance to own a nation, not totally sure though, but there's a chance. Check out this thread: Click me!
