I've always been against stupid volcane building, but if we keep away from the very center of it - and that should be relativelly easy, considering the frikking mountain is in a chain - well, volcanoes offer many benefits.

Even though I've lamented to myself those people who built Pompeii, it IS true that volcanoes offer tremendous agricultural opportunities. Rich soil, for one. I think. Possibly.

If we keep out of the way of that stupid volcano, it shouldn't be such a threat. Except maybe for the ash.

Hope there aren't any earthquakes, though.

If Baloki doesn't respond in 12 hours then I'll push him down the order. I hope everyone else has actually named more than one region that they want because it really helps speed things up when they have an order of preference.

EDIT: If someone's going to bug Baloki in #eoff, make a note to bug Rye too, because once Baloki's done she'll be the next person who hasn't listed any preferences thus far.

EDIT: Just read over Baloki's posts in this thread, he gets region 22.

EDIT: Went through a few more posts with preferred regions, and we're now waiting on Rye.

EDIT: ALL PEOPLE WHO HAVE NOT POSTED THEIR PREFERENCES WITHIN 24 HOURS WILL HAVE THEIR REGIONS CHOSEN FOR THEM - AFTER THE PEOPLE WHO HAVE CHOSEN THEIR REGIONS ARE GIVEN THEIR PREFERRED AREAS.

People I'm waiting on: Rye, SomethingBig, Rainecloud/ShlupQuack, Ultima Shadow, Psychotic, nik0tine, Carnage, Az Lionheart. I'll send them a PM. If I've missed a preference anywhere, let me know - they're listed in the first post.
