Well, there'll be limited trade, so it'll be hard to finance a company right in the beginning.

limited trade makes sense, no jets to transport items across the country. ie steven's land, i think, in the mountains is screwed for resources :P

So judging from how trade is, right now having region 4, I'd only be able to trade with regions 1 and 5 for the time being?
