| | Course, to be fair, alot of the dungeon/town music in Xenosaga II is bland and boring. ![]() |

| | Heh...I've never really thought of snow levels as having nice music. I agree with many of the examples brought up in this thread though. I do feel like I should point out a rather notable exception, IMO. In12,000 BC in Chrono Trigger, the snowy part of the world had no music if I remember correctly, while the snowless part of the sky world (Zeal) had the best music in CT . Of course, if Zeal had snow-capped mountains, I stand corrected.Actually, now that I think about it, most of my favorite music in games tend to come from forests...particularly mysterious forests. The Macalania Woods theme from FFX, the Eruyt village theme from FFXII, Mystic Cave Zone from Sonic 2, the forest temple and Saria's theme from Ocarina of Time, etc. I also enjoy the music that tends to pop up in important and mysterious cities, and music that pops up in temples. |

| | Actually, if you ever get the OST of CT. There are a few deleted tracks. One of which sounds like it might have originally been the overworld theme for the snowy continent titles (Singing Mountain YouTube - Singing Mountain: Chrono Trigger Music). It is also an incredibly beautiful track and it surprises me it was removed from the game. |
