Greetings, the Republic of Fiorenseo! I am theundeadhero, Vice President and Minister of Astrology, from the nation of Vincentland. It has come to my attention that your country has a school of magical arts. I propose a trade. Recently, I have come across a source of magical supplies. I offer these magical supplies to your country in exchange for materials I need to build an astrological observation center.
