Wenn kann ich nicht Umlaut schreiben, nutz ich 'ae', 'oe' oder 'ue.' Mein Deutsch is sehr schlecht auch!

Well good news, you don't need a special keyboard to type fällt, über, häßlich, etc.

Hold alt, and press the numbers necessary on your numpad. Chart can be found here:
