I don't know where the guy that wrote the article got the info, but if it's referring to a US/European release date, Spring has been out for a while. The latest trailer just says it's coming to North America in 2005. Spring was just the Japanese release...

I'm sure if it was anything new (i.e. if it was about the Japanese release date), then that would've been stated in the article on IGN about the same press release. But theirs only talks about the one title per month goal.

I think EGM put it best, we may see screenshots from FFXIII before we get a state-side FFXII release.
But hey, getting awesome visuals like extremely detailed facial hair makes it all worth it, right? >_>
I don't know wheter people know this already but on Play.com you can pre-order for release on 1st september! I spose this is only relevant for the uk and europe but cool, my birthday is on the 20th september! that would be cool
September 1st in Europe is complete and utter lies. It's not even released in Japan yet, and won't be any time soon. Doesn't it usually take about a year after the Japanese release to get the PAL version out?
Either way, that release date just isn't happening.
those sort of websites like Play.com never know the true release date and make something up either because, their system does not allow a "No Release Date" or it is just to lure customers a bit.
did any one hear anything bout the state side release date i have been waiting so long for this game. one some site i heard that it was coming out in the US aroung April 14, any confirmation?
No man, the article anounced it won't be released in the spring. The summer is still a possibility, but I think it will be released in the fall so people have a good amount of time to play it before PS3 comes out. (If Square is greedy they could release it close to the holidays)

IGN thinks it may get pushed to 2006. But personally I think KH2 will come out in summer (August maybe) and FFXII around November. When they say "between 2005 and 2006," I doubt they mean the beginning of 2005 and the end of 2006. It's possible, though.
