It's the October issue, so I'm assuming end of August it would be on shelves.

Dating, release times, etc... with magazines is so damn confusing. They should release an August issue the first day of August, with all relevant info at the time, then 1 month later release a September issue, etc... but no, they have months on them which means "Display until" so you can get an October issue in August, especially early if it's mailed to you, and it'd be the same as the one sitting on store shelves for the next month or more. Blah.
