I've heard you mention them all the time but where in the game does it say that?

I pretty sure they never mention it in the story line, but there Islands on the world map where the toughest monsters are and heaps of hidden draw points.
Theres the Island closest to Heaven and Island closest to Hell.
Whenever you open up the menu screen, there's a line bearing the name of your current location. That's how we know the names of the islands.
Thank you. I'll have look next time I play.
Holy halitosis, a malboro! Do you think he wants tea?
EDIT: Hey, i knew you don't spend FF8 fighting cigarettes. Really.
EDIT, THE SEQUEL: It seems this lovely creature has gone both with and without the extraneous "R" throughout its Final Fantasy incarnations. For FF8 continuity, i'll leave it out here.

You also get a great load of exp, much ap and may get Hypno Crown or Cursed Spikes instead of Marlboro Tentacles (You'll need the tentacles to get Quistis best weapon). However, to kill them, just equip 100 Sleep, confusion, berserk to the status defense and remedies or something to heal the stats with. (The GF Doomtrain is recomended.)Originally Posted by kikimm

Mr Thou! Mr Thou!
Where I can find the Island close to the Heaven?
I already know where is the colser to the Hell! I only killed Malboro three times and it was with Odin! Thanks Odin! He came in a great time! (For the first time!)
The Island Closest to Heaven is on the Eastern half of the map. Can't remember exactly where; it's a little trickier to describe than the ICTHell. I know there are Chimera on it though. If you want quick levelling, the Hell island is better, but Heaven does have some useful items to collect from fights.
What is life? What seperates the greats from the almost greats? Is it skill? Power? Luck?
Or is it the fact they won?
I think the ICT Heaven is located near the place of Trabia that has a strange brown mark where you can't land.
heaven has more marlboros than on hell.. =[
use doomtrain for a marlboro? doesnt that heal it? or is doomtrain effective if you dont boost?
Doomtrain is for the stat-defX3 ability.Originally Posted by soulICE
