Jack: How do you know?
Will: It's more of a feeling really.
Jack: Well, that's not scientific. Feeling isn't knowing. Feeling is believing. If you believe it, you can't know because there's no knowing what you believe. Then again, no one should believe what they know either. Once you know anything that anything becomes unbelievable if only by virtue of the fact you now... know it. You know?
Will: No.
If Demolition Man were remade today
Huxley: What's wrong? You broke contact.
Spartan: Contact? I didn't even touch you.
Huxley: Don't you want to make love?
Spartan: Is that what you call this? Why don't we just do it the old-fashioned way?
Huxley: NO!
Spartan: Whoa! Okay, calm down.
Huxley: Don't tell me to calm down!
Spartan: What's gotten into you? 'Cause it sure as hell wasn't me.
Huxley: Physical relations in the way of intercourse are no longer acceptable John Spartan.
Spartan: What? Why the hell not?
Huxley: It's the law, John. And for your information, the very idea that you suggested it makes me feel personally violated.
Spartan: Wait a minute... violated? Huxley what the hell are you accusing me of here?
Huxley: You need to leave, John.
Spartan: But Huxley.
Huxley: Get out!
Moments later Spartan is arrested for "violating" Huxley.
By the way, that's called satire. Get over it.
Well, its not been long since the Top Artist compo finished up, and i'm sure everyone is tied up with something at the moment (including myself), whether it be school, work or whatever. Why not throw the idea out during the summer? At least then we will have more free time.
The idea of it sounds good though...
Str8 Pimpin'
Question: If we draw them, would we have to draw them all? There's a few I might be able to take a stab at, school allowing, but I'm not quite confident enough in my style to really have a consistent one. Plus, I'm not good at drawing certain types of clothing and whatnot =P
Should we be overlapping here? Or are you simply going to pick the best picture for each character out of all submitted?
You can do as many as you like in whatever style you like (except dwarf cartoon and stick figrues) as long as you're working seriously. If you want to squeeze any number of characters into a single piece.

This is what I came up with for Carnaecia. No color, unfortunately, as that would take too much time that I don't really have, computer-wise.
I would also like to make it clear that I don't recall ever having drawn a parasol, which would be my excuse for why it looks so crappy =P
StarlightAngel, I like your take on Carnaecia better than mine.
Here are three portraits (L-R):
1) Carnaecia is the one I like the least. I have her a kimono because I gave the more formal dress to Violette, and I think it suited her. I'm not happy with her face or hands.
2) Knightly is a different matter. I'm happy with his outfit, expression and face. The best one of the three.
3) Violette came out good. I decided to give her the arrogant princess look (which may be wrong princess type). I like her expression and use of fan.
I agree, I like Starlight's take as well.
BG's is great. I could never quite get a clear image of what he looked like in my head. I especially love the eyes.
. . . made me giggle. But it's cool.

Just wondering... for Sylvieve's shinobi outfit, do you mean one that's totally anime-ninja like, or one that's very plain and practical?
And I'm glad you two like the Carnaecia picture ^^
I'd like to see the anime-ninja look. As long as it looks ninja-y (not a real word), it should be fine.

Three more (L-R):
4) Icy Karmine is an experimental design. Since you asked for flaming, I went with a Super Sayajin look. I'm not entirely happy with it. Do you think he'd look better with chin stubble?
5) Aurumae came out well. I like her expression and posture. My favorite touch is the long sleeves under a short jacket.
6) Sztiel came out great! I'm not much for bragging, but I think I nailed the look. His expression combined with his body language is priceless. Also it gives me a chance to display my extensive ignorance of anatomy.

Nice job on the sketch. The finished picture will look great.
