What should I do in Dino Crisis now?

Okay, I've been playing Dino Crisis for a while now, and I always get stuck at a certain moment.
You know, there's this hacker guy in the Control Room (Rick?) and whenever I talk to him he just says
"What? Oh... I don't see any signs of the Doc here" or something, and I simply dunno what to do!
I've found some computer that requires a password, but I can't find no password anywhere!
And then I'm also supposed to find some fingerprints...

What should I do?
