I've just decided to post black orb's reviews since all the other judges' reviews are posted:
Nom-Experse:
The bad: Nothing bad with this, maybe it needed a little more of contrast at the time of scanning the picture..
The good: Textures!! Great textures and detail done with just black ink (and maybe a pencil).. That requires lot of patience.. Nice concept too, very original..
Personal opinion: Keep up the good work..

Mum:
The bad: Nothing bad with this picture, maybe that black fabric can use some more highlights but that is just a personal opinion..
The good: Flawless technique, anatomy, shading, etc.. the work of a pro..
Personal opinion: I bet those paintings sell pretty well..

The bad: Is too evident that the picture was cropped and pasted over a photoshop background..
The good: Great work with the color pencils, well shaded and detailed picture..

The good: Wow, he sure took his time for this, Im not really sure what he used to paint this but the result is very good.. The colors are great too.

The bad: Well the anatomy isnt perfect but since it is a very cartoony style I guess there isnt much of a problem..
The good: The characters there are very funny, the colors are pretty and the background`s photo fits perfectly in the scene.
Personal comments: I love this picture, Christmas you have a very nice style, keep it up..

The bad: His right hand looks odd..
The Good: Solid colors and the contrast here is pretty cool, gray and orange colors work fine thogether..

Just to avoid controversy, this means I'll be giving immunity to (SPOILER) both Nominus Experse and Mum .
I know some of you may find this completely infruriating, considering Mum turned in a painting she did before I was born, but please, don't get angry. She worked very hard on this painting and she deserves the immunity.
So, with that, I'm going to go start planning out the next challenge, and until then, farewell ;)

You are far too kind. Interesting, though, that my picture of such blatant lack of colour (due to drawing the entire thing with only pen and ink) would compete well against a painting with such sensual and cooling colours contrasted against the warm hues of her body. It just strikes me... interesting...

I DID NOT paste it over a photoshop background...I don't even have photoshop! The glow is there on purpose, indicating my belief in inner power.
I'm a little injured, but at least I lost to the best.

So if anyone one is willing to clarify, that would be much appreciated. I PM'd tan, but he responded with nothing but an explanation tha he doesn't have a link to what it is. So ultimately, that did nothing in the ways of enlightening me.
