No, I don't think so, FFX already covered much of their adventures, just like Rubah say: why would you see Tidus in Spira? I never know that Auron, Jecht and Braska know Lulu, Wakka and Kimahri, they probably know Rikku cause it's Cid's daughter. I want FFX-3 with a new cast of character, more character involving both gender, new Aeons and importantly the great storyline.

SE had this idea already I think and decided to go with what we know now as FFX-2, because having Jecht in spira would be almost the same as the FFX original. Same maps, same enemies, same bosses, same all-important end decision in zanarkand and we already know what happens.
I agree with whoever said about the bevelle-zanarkand war. They touched on it a BIT with FFX-2 and Shuyin but not much. Particularly a detailed story of Shuyin's life would be very interesting (mainly because I haveny played ffx2 in a long time)
I'm a big fan of the Mars Bar Diet; You don't eat the Mars bar, you stick it up your arse and let a rottweiler chase you home.
There would be no twists, and you would know everything that happened already. So I say no.
