Forum support groups

There should be a forum where all the banned people (like EoEO or no sig for me) should get together and talk about what they were banned for, like "Hi my name is blah blah and i'm a dirty spammer and I got banned from EoEO because I spammed the place" or something like that. Either that, or we take rubahs idea, and stick all the banned people into a club or whatever, so we can keep track of who is banned and whatnot

Go ahead and make a forum for that and then go through the memberlist looking for the banned people to invite them. It's not going to occur here.

Also: We can easily keep track of who is banned in the Mod CP. There is really no reason for anyone else to keep track of that stuff.
