uh, no particular lvl, however it is usually when it's a pre-emptive attack..

It does minimal damage, but it causes Berserk status. I hate it, because Laguna is drawing magic and mugging monsters when they use it. XD
I believe I actually did mention this in my post.
And the bite bug attack is fart.
nik0tine and Alexander are correct, the attack is fart. (i personally, nearly p!55ed myself laughing when i first saw this).

how much does the train cost from Galbadia garden to Deling City on the first disc?

from what i remember, you have to leave Galbadia Garden and then travel to the nearest trainstation (which wasn't that far) and you pay it yourself....the price range was a lil' less then a thousand gil

Of all the games that i find well worth the work, I can only say that three can properly qualify for the category. And of the three, one is, but of corse, FFVII. The other twon games which i couldn't depart from are Xenogears and FFT. And i also found a pattern, All of which were released 1997 or 1998 and were on PS. I have lost some faith in Squaresoft when they merged with Enix, they no longer adapt a well-thought plot as nearly as much as the older titles. And thus, I say to you Square-Enix, "Up yours!"

yes, but everyone can get cactuar and eden leveled up, not so with our little chocobo friend.
the train from "East Academy" (near Galbadia garden) to Deling was 3000 gil. i say it was a little expensive.
