Okay, well, whenever anyone posts an attachment, all I see is this. I can't seem to see the attachment or click where it should be to make it appear, so I was hoping some tech-savvy member could help me out.

Hmm...I just found that specific post and the attachment thumbnail displayed just fine. If the problem still persists, try pressing F5 or clicking refresh to reload the page. Occasionally, the server hits traffic spikes and may take a bit longer to serve up some of the images on a certain page.

Well, it happens with every attachment I've seen posted. I've tried refreshing the pages and clearing my cookies, and neither has worked. Thanks for the idea though.

What browser and forum style are you using? Also, try clearing your cache and not just cookies

I'm using IE, and the forum style is EoFF Classic.

Also, is the cache the temporary internet files thing under Internet Options?

    Tools Menu > Internet Options

There is a "Delete Files" button.

Are you running Zonealarm, by chance?

Well, I just tried that, but I'm still getting nothing.

Would Firewalls or programs such as ZoneAlarm be affecting this somehow?

Yeah. I don't personally use Zonealarm, but I know BoB had issues before with Zonealarm overzealously blocking certain images when a certain setting was enabled.

Open up ZoneAlarm and go to Privacy. Check settings for Cookie Control, Ad Blocking and Mobile Code Control - the two latter ones are the two most likely to give you trouble. Personally, I turn all of these three options off as they're very poor quality.

Yep, it appears that that was the problem. Thanks you guys.
