Greetings Minister Devin,

I come from the city of Emirano in the land of Fiorenseo, a progressive country in the north-eastern continent of Verdantia; home to the world-renowned Metareason Academy and the historic landmarks Vedriet Peak and Sacersanct Peak. I hope this letter finds you and your citizens in good physical and social health.

I write to you today in the hopes of starting a golden era of international relations between Fiorenseo and Serenity. Prime Minister Yebus t'Emirano and myself agree wholeheartedly on opening and maintaining diplomatic relationships with all the peoples and countries of Eizon. We hope you feel as we do and reach out to us as we reach out to you.

There will be many practical aspects to maintaining good diplomatic relations with Fiorenseo. Aside from being able to conduct international trade with reduced tariffs, citizens from your country will face easier laws concerning immigration and emigration from our lands. In addition, we invite your people to come study at our renowned Metareason Academy, led by our Minister of Knowledge Neel Shah, home to some of the brightest minds young and old in Eizon.

And Serenity is a pretty unique name for a country, I must say.

I am most honored and pleased to hear that you would consider an alliance with us kindly folk here in Serenity. I can honestly tell you we'd be delighted to join in your agreement and hope that this is the start of a long-lasting friendship between our nations.

Serenity is still currently in a state of transition as citizens are moving both to the capital city of New Amani and to the smaller cities and provinces all over the region. I'll surely send notice of your request to the appropriate people and gather up all the responses to be sent back ASAP.

Writing as the Acting Prime Minister of the moment, I can tell you that right now, we as a nation are also hoping to foster good will throughtout Eizon and are very interested in possible treaties for the economy and education. Within Serenity, we also have a University within New Amani, but would be very interested in a possible student exchange program. Though our studies at the moment are somewhat, "middle aged", we hope that we can progress with the help and wisdom of others.

We are also ambitiously pushing forward a progressive program to find energy sources that will not deplete the land of resource and have come to the conclusion that water power, possibly fueled with some sort of dam and mill might do the trick. We our currently building up a Navy to protect our harbors and also to help navigate the coast in order to allow trade ships to reach their destinations safely. Finally, at a recent city meeting, the people of Serenity began to construct a Civil Consititution to govern the lives of the citizens, so hopefully things are looking up here as well.

We believe in proposing a World Council Of Nations (WORLDCON) to various nations throughout Eizon. We believe such a move, if taken into effect prior to the formation of more powerful individual nations, would serve to be useful in promoting trade and cooperation between different member nations, induce the collective advancement of member nations, and serve as an arbitrator to settle disputes between nations, among several other yet to be determined abilities. However, we need the support of several nations to form such a council.

The Minister of Knowledge Neel Shah informs me that the Department of Political Science, in the School of Artificial Phenomena (currently in the University of Natural Sciences, but is to be moved) has several students willing to research possible attributes and effects of such attributes on economic and political affairs. Perhaps they could combine their research efforts with your people at the University of New Amini. Once again, sensitive details are to be exchanged through the appropriate venues. I have also opened communication on this matter with the Nation of Zhem in collaboration for proposition of this idea.

PoD, I'd certainly be interested in a larger exchange program, as always. With all of our cities growing, hopefully this will lead to an even wider range of possible routes and exchanges between our regions and other regions within Eizon.
