I'd say being the way of the Jedi is much more beneficial than being invisible.

But there's a 50/50 chance of ending up on either dark sides so...meh.

I went with lightsaber because I'm quite good with swords. =)

Double ended light saber because I like the staffs and their fighting techniques. The one ring sucked.

Lightsaber. As appealing as being corrupted and turned into a mindless puppet of Sauron is to me, I'm afraid I'm gonna have to pass.

And yes I would take the lightsaber. The One Ring has too many detrimental aspects associated with it, including, but not limited to:

Insanity
Exile
Wasting
Hunted by Nazgul, crazed people, etc...

The only thing bad about a lightsaber is that you run an extreme risk of chopping your arms, legs, anything, off. But that's easily fixed by not being a dolt.
