I've always had a problem with the way they told the Spider-Man story but I've let go of that. I can accept that it's a warped version of a classic story. I'm going to enjoy it for what it is though.

the other night on thanksgiving and they showed spider man 2 and during the commercials they were talking about spider man 3, and they showed a clip of brock getting some of the black stuff, so looks like you'll see him turn into venom atleast

Very nice. I wonder to what extent Venom will be shown. Spidey seems to have his hands full already with Sandman and Harry.

any other major villians that went up against the big spidey? I dont think kang(hunter dude) or the vulture would make the cut IMO, nor the Rhino. maybe as henchmen, but spideys villians were mostly always solo, except for the sinister six.

Scorpion, Shocker, Electro, Mysterio, King Pin, Hobgoblin, Demogoblin, The Lizard (wasn't Dr. Conners in the other movie?)...that's about all I can think of.

Vulture and Scorpion often acted as a team.

Very nice indeed. My friend told me about this earlier today, and I'm just that much more excited for this movie.

Yeah, and he's missing his right arm also. The same friend I mentioned earlier thinks he will show up in a later movie as The Lizard, and he (Dr. Connors) has been confirmed to appear in Spider-Man 3.

I love Sam Raimi's films. And I hope Bruce Campbell will make an appearance lin this film like the previous two.
