I like Chobits too. If you overlook the disturbing bit about Hideki wanting to bone a robot then it's a very cute anime that tries to appear deep and raise some ethical questions as to what defines being a human being etc. but ultimately fails.

It's still lovely. I really do <3 Sumomo and Kotoko.

Chi annoys the hell outta me. I just need the final manga novel and I have the whole collection. I also have the complete series on DVD, however I havent finished it. So far its the same as the manga.

I find that the manga captures Chii's innocence better than the anime. The anime makes her seem somewhat childish whereas the impression I got after reading the manga (and not yet having seen the anime) was "oh, she's just so pure ^_^"

The anime and manga are both good. I have a couple sets of gashapon and a Chii limited figure. I like Chobits.

I don't mind it, I'll watch the anime and read the manga, but it always disturbed me about the "on" switch.

I laughed, A LOT, during that scene when he had to poke her. There. He poked her there. To turn her on. Hahaha. I found it hilarious.

Anyway, I watched some episodes of the anime and it was ok. Some funny/cute moments.

I've got the entire manga series and I though it was really good. I've only seen a few episodes of the anime though. Chi is just so cute.
