Sephiroth
Emporer Jhang (I think that's his name, it's been a while. >.<) from the Sword of Truth Series.

Heck, I like most villians that are instead of trying to just be evil and do evil things, are doing what they honestly believe to be right and just. It just attracts me more, I guess.
