The ending did suck, but I don't see how it could of ended any differently, a happily ever after wouldn't have been right.

Maybe so, but the cliffhanger just isn't fair. I don't think it's right to say "It's over...or is it?"

Well yea I know what you mean, they did the some with Buffy only you actually got to find out what happened after in Angel.. tho you can assume that Spoiler: they all died because they either didn't have reasons to live or deserved it, plus the odds were heavy against them.

And what do you mean no reason to live or deserve it? Suvival is reason enough to go on...and, while they started to slip down the dark path, they saw the error of their ways when Cordy awoke. And yeah, Illyria would've made a huge difference, not to mention Angel ain't no slouch. And maybe Buffy appeared to save the day, too. Stranger things *HAVE* happened.
