I miss Rio and Vidic. But I do have to appreciate a new side to the PL beating us. Good on them for what they achieved.

Very much so. As much as a bad result this is for us, I got to hand it to Burnley. This is no fluke either as they did this to Chelsea & Liverpool in the FA Cup last season. Even Fergie had the same attitude. The real downside of this match however is that I'm starting to think we're gonna really miss Ronaldo. At least that's what I'm seeing on Football First ATM. I'll give Valencia time though.

I thought Everton put us out of the FA Cup last season!

Also: Dude! Glen Johnson kicks ass at soccer! He's the MVP for sure! Americanisms aside, never thought I'd ever say words to that effect, but there they are.

That was the Liverpool of last season. I do think having our centre backs KOed (and Gerrard and Torres nursing injuries) are what held us back against Spurs. I think we lost at White Hart Lane last season but drew with Stoke, so we're +2 points from last season!

Two defeats already for Liverpool? Ouch. Mind you come the end of September I dread to think how many games we might have lost!
