On Radio 1, they used to censor the word 'drugs' in Nickelback - Rock Star, but today I heard the 'uncensored' version, so they seem to have given it up as a bad job.
one of Red's funniest monologs on That 70's Show was when he went down to hyde's house to chew him out (and later offer him a place to stay, i think) and interspersed with his vulgarities were more beeps, leading one to wonder just what worse words did red come out of the war with?
I read that apparently a radio station once tried to play the Super Furry Animals song 'The Man Don't Give A F**k' and censor all the uses of the F-word. Needless to say, not much of the song was left XD
Tell Me Baby by the Red Hot Chili Peppers. They changed "Life can be a little sweet and life can be a little ty" to "Life can be a little sweet and life can be a little kitty."
