It is. He's been accused of stealing jokes from several people. It's not an isolated incident. This is what he does.

The lack of Mitch Hedberg love depresses me.
Seems I missed a few people shouting out his name when I skimmed through the Cook discussion. I am pleased.

On another note, I hear that Dane Cook doesn't even write his own material; he's a performer with writers to do the jokes for him. Granted, I have no evidence to support this claim, but it's just something I've heard that wouldn't surprise me.
