I do appreciate the unexpected song, but it IS very annoying to have them both on the same track and with so much silence in between

I didn't take into account the awesomeness of any song. Whether or not it's a good song doesn't mitigate the fact that it's after ten or so minutes of nothing/static.

Although, the MP3 world generally fixes this.

It's forgivable, since the space between the last song and the hidden song on Sing the Sorrow is around 2 minutes. That's not too long.

I thought Days of the New's 'Orange' album did this fairly well, but other than that I don't care for it because more often than not I like the "hidden" tracks and would rather be able to select it.
