Ive been now officially a member of eyes on final fantasy for six months and I dont know how put the words or sentence under the avatar picture.. can someone help?

It's all in the FAQ.

The little bits of text under users names are called "Custom Titles". You get these when you have been a member for 8 months.

You've still got a little while to go.

Walk around in the grass for 2 more months to train your Blank Space up a bit. After that, it should evolve into Custom Title.
