how can i overclock core 2 1.86ghz? are there risk?

Yes, there are risks. Overcloaking generally lowers the lifetime of your PC. No idea how to do it though. (Never really felt a need to)

By the way, why on earth would you want to overcloak one of the most powerful CPUs out there?
