Oh, well i guess it'd be that after he lowers your hp & mp, he rushes you with that big Ol' sword and takes away that last hit point. Anyway, When he uses that attack, i allways hear him say "Sin harvest".

I've heard it called both, but after playing that battle a few hundred times (what can I say? Sephiroth is awesome), I hear it as "Sin Harvest Angel". The "Angel" bit can clearly be heard after the "Sin Harvest" if you listen for it. I've also heard that he says "Descend, Heartless Angel", but this doesn't seem to match what he says when I listen to it. And as far as I know, "Sin Harvest Angel" is the most commonly accepted version.

Anyway, on to the question. The unrestricted effect is the exact same as the restricted effect. Some people say that it instant-kills you if you don't have the Second Chance ability equipped, but I have tested it several times, and it does the same thing with or without Second Chance: It reduces your HP to 1, and your MP to 0.

A lot of people don't. I didn't until it was pointed out to me: I was too busy getting over to him to hit him or grabbing an Elixir. But check next time, and give me your opinion then. Everyone I've talked to about it has agreed that he says "Angel" at the end.
