Since I just remebered that I let my friend borrow KH, I'm gonna bust this question wide open.

Go to deep jungle. In the treehouse, climb all the way up. You should see a boat hanging from a PULLEY. The chest is in the boat. You are very welcome.

That could be it. Because there's a pulley on destiny island. Up the tower you can grab hold and swing down. the Protect chain is in a grees box in a high cave to the left of that...
