Cute little avvie of a character whose name escapes me from SOS3. Nice little border with some flower brushes. Its meh, 3/10.

The avatar's awesome, so it gets 10/10.

The sig I like, the balloon being the only thing in colour looks really cool. The border's kind of weird, though. 7.5/10.

I can't tell what the back ground for the avi and sig are, and the part taken for the avi is really dark and makes it hard to read the intials, but the flashing text is cool. 7/10

First off, I really like your drawing. It's very very good. And it's of Freya, which makes it even better. I think you picked a good background for the banner, but I would suggest making it have a thin dark grey/light grey/black border and I would suggest a font that kinda suits it more. But other than that, good! 8/10.

You've got pink in your theme, and I'm afraid that's gonna hurt you. Other than that it's simple and elegant, which is big in my book. I'm going to go with an 8/10 (-2 for pink).
