You can find some good ones in Deviantart, just click browser and type your (photoshop brushs) you'll get a huge list and so you can choose from there, I have some of them but as my PS is version 7 I find a hard time finding brushs for it.
but if yours is CS then you'll find many Grange and abstract ones that work with your version.

i need good fonts, but i dunno which ones are good looking fonts, like a full metal alchemist font

The place I use for fonts is www.dafont.com it is a very good place for all kind of fonts. and about how to choose fonts, try to choose these that seem thick and bold they work better and be more visible with any graphic work you do.

I found some good ones when I sreach in Yahoo images. Found some good stuff as well, but C4D renders are very hard. I started to hate them.
