What I can't figure out is how to take a screenshot of something that I want for my signature in a video. Can someone tell me?

I use VirtualDub. And you're using the sig I made for you for no reason at all!

Thumbs up Photoshop tutorials

here, I am learning photoshop so i decided to post what I learned here, I'll post more once I arrange and write them, enjoy :

Owen’s high quality sharpened
Renders tutorial

Hi everyone, have you ever used the regular sharpening tool and got a spiky low quality looking render? Now I just found this way to sharpen them without reducing their quality, take a look at the above sig., and hope you find this useful.
Assuming that you already have a prepared sig and only needs sharpening its render, ‘cause the background is stealing the renders glory. So just do these few steps:

1.Select your render layer.
2.Press CTRL+A to select the whole frame
3.Go to Edit >copy merged
4.press CTRL + V (to paste the layer)
5.And then to Layer> arrange> bring to front (these might not be necessary if the copy of the layer has automatically been brought to the front when you pasted it)
6.Now go to Filter > other > high pass, and select the amount you like. (PS:try to choose between 4-10)
7.Go layer> layer style> blending options and set the mode to (overlay).
8.Grip the eraser tool and set its opacity to 100% if it wasn’t already.
9. Rube only the background, and leave the render as it is.

PS: if the sharpening is less than what you want, simply in step 6 just increase the amount of the high pass.

Now, wasn’t that easy? This way you would be able to sharpen your render without reducing the quality. For any questions just Pm me or post your question here I will answer you in as much as I can.

Hope you enjoyed this tutorial.

Does anyone know how to make a signature so that when I make a sig, and a picture is sticking out, that the background of this site shows up as the background instead of a color I choose?
