Kenshin IV: RE4 is a FPS about a parasitic organism that has turned an entire village into psychotic, deranged killers. RE4 could be and is actually considered a piss game. The plot is completely outside of the Resi foundations. But it has great gameplay and develops the characters more (Leon and Ada). So I still love it. DOC is a continuation of a storyline in the FFVII series that was never fully explored. In essence, DOC is a necessary stage in Vincent's development. Just as AC was for Cloud. As a lover of both Resi and FF games I still conclude that it's apples to oranges. The only similarity is that they are both FPS. That's it.

Where to start, RE4 is a FPS? You should brush up on your gaming, it isn't an FPS. I think DOC could be and is actually a piss game. OH NOES, A NEW PLOT WHATEVER SHALL WE DO WITHOUT AN OLD PLOT THAT GOT BORING. I disagree completely.

Than why did you come and post in a thread that was comparing two games, and so logically would feature a fair amount of debate as to which is better? If you feel it's pointless (it's not), there's always the option of ignoring the thread.
