Either Transport Tycoon or the RollerCoaster Tycoon series. I usually have them installed anyway, but I haven't yet put them on my computer again. But I guess this topic could also apply to game already installed, but not replayed any time recently.

Similarly, Whenever someone mentions an old Mario platformer or a Sonic game, I simply MUST go home a play.

That reminds me, anytime someone mentions something Fuzzy it makes me think of that one Yoshi's Island stage Eat Fuzzy, Get Dizzy and that really makes me wanna play it.
