(SPOILER) Full ending:
-Big Boss survived MG2. He's been in a coma but is revived through using parts from Solidus and Liquid's bodies.
-he tells Snake everything at The Boss' grave but is then killed by FoxDie. (remember the heart attack thing that killed Liquid)
-he's voiced by Richard Doyle
-Ocelot was a good guy all along.
-The real Patriots were formed by EVA, Ocelot, Big Boss, Major Zero, Sigint and Para-Medic.
-the DAPRA Chief Donald Anderson killed by Ocelot was Sigint. The "Dr. Clark" who revived Cyborg Fox was Para-Medic (and was killed by Fox)

And that's the most of it except for finer details.
