RPGFan News - Rune Factory Wii-Bound Marvelous Interactive is bringing Rune Factory to Wii later this year. The Bokujou Monogatari (Harvest Moon) gaiden has seen the release of two DS-based installments thus far. The Wii-based game, entitled Rune Factory Frontier, features a young man named Laguna as protagonist. He is searching for a missing girl in an undeveloped land. Since we are talking about a Harvest Moon side-series here, the protagonist also plans to cultivate this land. By cultivating the land, the player can create a town, which in turn will result in the appearance of shops. Finally, a whale-shaped floating island is also set to appear in the game.
Rune Factory Frontier for Wii will be available in Japan sometime later this year.
