This is the true form of Captain Maxx Power, or just Captain Maxx.

Why has he come, you may be wondering. Well, it's because he's confused. You see, he has us confused with his mortal enemy, Eyezon. (He also comes in Yellow.)

So there you have it. He means us harm. We must ban him now, lest he does whatever the hell super sentai toys do.
