If you could make a certain thing to do during a time of day, what would it be?

Ex. Pledge of Allegiance.

I propose we have techno time, except all that plays from the loudspeakers (that are seemingly everywhere the eye can see) is Haddaway. At random intervals throughout the day. Why? I don't know, I think this song is underappreciated and I never hear it blasting from car stereo speakers anymore. Ultimately depressing imho.

So, eoff, what'll it be? If you could make the rule, just one thing, what would you do to enrich lives all over the world?

Twenty minutes a day during work for nap-time. More energy than a cup of coffee.

As far as Haddaway is concerned, I don't need more people to bob their heads showing me how tired that act is. But, the song is a masterpiece in my opinion.
