Okay y'all, time to talk about the FFXIII character designs. I don't know how I feel about them...I think they fit in well with the setting of the game (based on the little information given), but something is...lacking to me. Let's take a look:

Lebreau (this deisgn is reportedly based on volleyball players) :

Shiva looks awesome! And I like Lebreau.

Yeah... Only person I like is Sazh. Rest suck IMO.

I prefer Shiva when she's in scissoring-motorcycle-mode.

Is there some kind of rule that states that all female FF characters must show as much skin as possible? The look's getting kinda old. Something more conservative would actually be nice.

Most of them look like extras from FFX or VIII. Can't say I'm impressed overall, I do Like Sazh a bit but its cause of his face. I also like Snow but its only due to the fact that he looks like an older version of Seifer. His outfit really reminds me of Seifer's almost perfectly.

I like Shiva except for the wheels and I'm still put off by the "motorcycle" thing cause it still seems like a lame idea to me. Definetly not my top fave character designs from Nomura.

I don't think I'm too impressed with these character designs. Sazh looks cool except for that silly afro he has. Seriously, all I want to do is get scissors and start cutting that thing up so I can style it into something else. Aside from that, I like Lightning as well, but overall I don't think these characters really appeal to me. Also, isn't FF XIII supposed to be very futuristic? Oerba doesn't look like she fits in at all. Not that it's a crime, but it looks a bit odd.

Yeah that afro looks like a mushroom and you don't cut black guys'hair with scissors you need clippers.

It really is just the same even that cap is from Seifer's KH version. Wow Nomura's getting lazy.
