One time in Valkurm, our party was getting horrible experience and our party leader (the n00b) suggested that we form an alliance to get bigger kills and better exp. xD

Back in the good 'ole days before any of us knew how to really party, or about the dunes, we used to form alliances to take down Dhalmels in Tahrongi. Worked out decently well, but was all based off the RDM with Cure II (as we could never find a WHM) no camps, just roam. Was funner then most parties I have now a days to be honest.

after a few weeks of playing the game, I was out in west ronfaure, killing some orcs for fire crystals, and I came across my first NM. Jaggedy-eared-jack. killed it, got the rabbit charm, and I dropped it because I needed more room for my crystals... god damn.

My favorite was the Warrior I told to use provoke in the dunes. He used it once and typed: "wtf that thing attacked me when I did that, why would you do that to me??" /sigh
