its not £12.95 for UK its £8.00 or around that and extra charaters are about 50-80p ^_^

Do I need all of the latest expansions to play?

How stable would a dial-up connection be to play?

Dial up is dependant on your ISP, but should be no less stable in theory than Cable.

You should get the Pack htat includes all but ToA expansion, it will be fine with the first two.
