I got to watch a DRK with Apocalypse destroy Hydra in F80 Nyzul in about two minutes. The damage from Catastrophe is relatively underwhelming, but the haste bonus probably put him at the haste cap (~80%) which makes him attack roughly 4.5 times as fast a normal. Throw in Souleater, Last Resort, and Blood Weapon and it wasn't even fair.

An accomplishment in it's own way: we managed to wipe to Proto Omega yesterday thus wasting 2 weeks of Limbus runs. The leader then totally flipped out, calling us pathetic and saying he's done with this shell (about an hour earlier the same group wiped to Jalier of Justice). Sucks too because I was getting close to the top of the list for Homam armor.

I can sympathize with wanting the gear (I'm not sure my linkshell is going to last long enough for me to get the rest of the stuff I want out of it), but at the same time, I don't imagine being in a shell with a leader who would fly off the handle like that would be the most enjoyable experience anyway.

Yeah the guy is an ass, but so much to the point that it's just amusing for me. Usually his frustrations are based in reality, he just tends to blow them out of proportion in a somewhat comical fashion. What bugged me was that everything he said during and after the run was directed outwardly and didn't include himself. 'you messed up' vs. 'we messed up' etc. Not really what a leader should be doing, even if he doesn't find any fault with his own individual performance.

It was a tough run, only two BLM who don't usually play that job, and only 13 people total. We should have been able to do it but it's not like the probability of failure was insignificant.

Yeah, that's pretty rough. I mean, I can understand the frustration, but at the same time,

happens, especially when you're low-manning an event and having people switch from their usual jobs. At least you get amusement out of it.
