Ok, I'm in the thunder plains.... I went to the stones but none of them were glowing

. I have already gotten Kimahri's Spirit Lance and followed the cactuar to the place you get it. Does this mean I've missed my chance of capturing all the fiends in Thunder Plains?

EDIT: Never mind I've captured it.

They should appear in random encounters then. Have you tried engaging battles?

You could've posted this in the other thread you made since it's the same problem, by the way.
It's no big deal, just something to remember till next time.
